It is also possible that the website is just being updated, so that some pages are temporarily unavailable. You can see this by checking the 'latest change' date on the homepage.

The IGS LEO website publishes the results of all Pilot Project activities as soon as possible, so that the status of its Pilot Project activities can be assessed from the website contents. At completion of the project no empty links will remain. The website will then form the basis for the final report to the IGS Governing Board.
